The Perth Mint Gold Token (PMGT) is the first digital gold token on a public blockchain ultimately backed by Australian government guaranteed gold. Each digital token is issued by InfiniGold (fintech company based in Sydney) and backed by physical gold held by The Perth Mint. PMGT offers a tokenised version of GoldPass certificates on the Ethereum blockchain as an ERC20 token.
