Human resources and resources of Human [Ksu]

Everyone, who'd like to think about creating a human resources first should think about the ways he or she will support or even create the resources of Human beings.
U may ask: Why so deep approach is need?
I tell you more: it is absolutely vital not only for HR, but also for any business, if it needs a human for operation.
Only one comparison to picture out the reason. There are many resources on our planet. They divide in two groups: refillable and no refillable.
I'm sure you are aware about difference.

So what kind of resource HR is?
The reality is that HR are both of the types. And its type depends from the care and support placed into RH.

We won the feudalism and the slaves' age. Our work is not killing any more. But in many thing employers are suck the resources of employees and the salary, unfortunately, is not the way to refill them.
So, the employers start to look for another surrogacy of the RH source: outdoor activities, sport competitions, the квинтэссенцией of which became a Corporate Culture with all varieties of it's realization.
But the companies' owners still miss the fundamentals...
That all varieties and brightness off corporate culture including everything it has inside will give zero resources, if the person is not feeds by something, which meter to him our her
That is why the corporates and other working organizations have regular gap - the day-to-day work rarely became something the person really needs.
Even if it is that rare situation when person likes what he our she do, our resources depends of the weather, home relationships and lots of other factors. But the job is not flexible reality, and the 99% companies insist on your personal present on the working place, never mind, what background your resources have got today.
Through all my experience in HR, I believe, that majority of RH source belongs to the relationships. And if all of us can hold any difficulties if we have a connected family and heart friends, on job it first depends from the Head attention and emotional intelligence.
Other people and energy they are ready to share - this a straight way to refill our resources reservoir.
In truth, all corporate cultures, organization' social activities, which involves workers and associates, have an aim to bring a life and energy into job relationships, as assign only way to increase a level of RH in each of the member of the organization.

Not depending from results, these corporate activities are appreciated. At least it is a nice try to reduce the negative effect of the money dependency of human.
But still... it is a fake... Manipulative try to make people believe, that scheduled job can be an organic part of life.

To bring more justice and to make corporate cultures more true the each owner must realize, the he or she is the one who is responsible for that persons, which will lead the company, for how deep and real will be resources, he our she will invest in HR, to get the source for refillable RH.
