Eclipses in lunar phase

Eclipses: Lunar and solar eclipses occur when the moon, Earth, and sun align in specific ways. During a lunar eclipse, the Earth passes between the sun and the moon, casting a shadow on the moon. Conversely, during a solar eclipse, the moon passes between the Earth and the sun, blocking the sun's light from reaching certain parts of the Earth.
