ขนมจีนเป็นอาหารคาวชนิดหนึ่ง ทำด้วยแป้งเป็นเส้นกลม ๆ คล้าย เส้นหมี่ กินกับน้ำยา น้ำพริก เป็นต้น อาหารชนิดนี้ ภาษาเหนือ เรียก "ขนมเส้น" ภาษาอีสาน เรียก "ข้าวปุ้น" และ ภาคใต้ เรียก "หนมจีน"
ขนมจีน (Kanom Jeen) is a type of Thai rice noodle that is made from fermented rice starch. It is usually served with a variety of curries and sauces. There are many different types of Kanom Jeen dishes, but one of the most popular is Kanom Jeen Namya which is tender rice noodles with a luscious fish curry sauce. It’s an iconic dish of Southern Thailand that’s really easy to make at home!
