Concept of `Dharma` in `Hinduism`

What it is? ( धर्म क्या है? )

हिन्दू धर्म में, धर्म को भगवान धर्म के आचरण को माना जाता है, क्यूंकि हर-एक परिस्थति में उनका आचरण आदर्श रहता है|
In Hinduism, Dharma is represented by behavior of God Dharma, Because his behavior is Ideal for any given Situation.

Does Dharma can change? ( क्या धर्म कभी बदल सकता है ? )

धर्म कोई ऐसी चीज़ नही है, जो कभी बदल जाये, और यही परम-धर्म कहलाता है| परम-धर्म का अर्थ है, काल भगवान के दूारा बनाई गयी किसी भी परिस्थति में, किसी भी प्राणी का आदर्श आचरण, जैसे कि आग में ऊष्मा होती है, जल तो बहना ही जानता है, चीज़ें गिरती ही है .. आप इसे इस तरह जानिये कि माता प्रकृति के दूारा बनाये गए नियम ही धर्म का आचरण है, जिससे कि सभी प्राणियों के पास स्वतंत्र जगह रहे|
Dharma is not meant to change, and this Dharma is called Param Dharma. Param Dharma means ideal behavior for a given situation rendered by Kal/Time, like fire has heat, water will flow, things will fall etc.. You can think of this as rules of Mother Nature, so that each Creature has its independent space.

What does it mean for us? ( मेरे लिए धर्म का अर्थ क्या है ? )

किसी भी साधारण प्राणी के लिए, धर्म हमारे कर्मो और आचरण को दर्शाता है | किसी भी दूसरे प्राणी के क्षेत्र को बनाकर रखते हुए, सही समय पर, सही काम या आचरण करना ही धर्म है| परम-धर्म का आचरण किसी साधारण प्राणी के लिए नहीं है, क्यूंकि इसे समझना आसान नहीं है| ये हर परिस्थति अनुसार ये बदलता रहता है, परुन्तु इसका अर्थ कभी नहीं बदलता |
For a common men like us, Dharma is represented by our actions or behavior, Doing righteous thing at right time is Dharma without disturbing scope of other Creature. Param-Dharma is not for common men, because it is not easy to understand. it changes a lot with situations, but its meaning never change.

कृपया करके आप धर्म को किसी भी समुदाय से ना जोड़े, क्यूंकि आजकल बहुत से लोग सोचते है कि समुदाय ही धर्म है, परुन्तु सच तो ये है, कि धर्म का समुदाय से कुछ भी लेना-देना नहीं है | अब ये भी जान लो कि धर्म को अपनाना और उसी के अनुसार आचरण करना, किसी भी समुदाय को अपनाने से बेहतर है, क्यूंकि धर्म तो प्राणी का आदर्श आचरण है, जोकि भगवान ने बताया है |

Please, Do not link Dharma to any Religion, Because now days many people thinks Religion as Dharma, but it is not True, Because Dharma has nothing to do with Religion. Following Dharma is far superior than following any Religion, because Dharma is ideal behavior of any Creature defined by God.

Words of God Krishna ( भगवान कृष्ण के वचन )

भगवान कृष्ण ने कहा था कि प्राणी केवल धर्म दूारा ही संरक्षित हो सकता है, क्यूंकि जब कभी प्राणी अपने धर्म के अनुसार आचरण और कर्म करता है, अर्थ इतना ही है कि अब वो अपनी दुनिया, देश और परिवार या प्रियजनों के लिए अच्छे कर्म कर रहा है, या फिर इसे इस तरह समझिये कि जो कुछ भी आपके देश के लिए अच्छा है, वही आपके और आपके परिवार या प्रियजनों के लिए भी अच्छा होगा| यही वजह है कि हिन्दू धर्म में देश प्रेम को सबसे आदर्श माना जाता है| अगर कोई प्राणी अपने देश के लिए बुरे कर्म करता है, अर्थ साफ है कि उसके मन में किसी के लिए भी प्रेम और सम्मान नहीं है, जैसा उसने कभी किसी से कहा होगा |
God Krishna Once said that, Only Dharma can protect you. Because when Some Person doing things by following his Dharma, means he/she is doing good things for his World, Country, Family or loved one, or think of this as, What is Good for your country, that must be Good for You and Your Loved ones. This is why, In Hinduism love for Country has first Priority. A Person who is doing Evil things for his own Country, means he/she has no Respect and Love, What he/she ever told his/her loved one.

Practical Understanding of Dharma: ( आओ धर्म को समझते है )

अब अपनी आँखे बंद कर लो, और सोचो कि कोई तुम्हारे सामने खड़ा है, और वो तुमसे कुछ करवाना चाहता है, अब तुम्हारा आचरण, उस प्राणी के लिए, बहुत मायने रखता है, क्यूंकि पहले तो तुम चिंतन करोगे कि वह क्या चाहता है, क्या मैं उसके लिए यह कर सकता हूँ, क्या यह कर्म दूसरों के लिए अच्छा है, कैसे मेरे कर्म दूसरो के जीवन को प्रभावित करेगा | यही कारण है, बुरा प्राणी के लिए अच्छा कर्म करना या बुरा प्राणी का पक्ष लेना भी परम-धर्म नहीं है| इसलिए अगर आप शांत रहे, जहाँ आपको नहीं होना चाहिए था, बुरा प्राणी का पक्ष लेने के रूप में माना जाता है, इस प्रकार अगर आप बुरा प्राणी का पक्ष ले रहे है तब आपका धर्म आपकी रक्षा नहीं कर सकता, क्योंकि कर्म-का-विधान कहता है, कि अच्छे कर्मो का अच्छा फल और बुरे कर्मो का बुरा |
Close your eyes, Imagine Someone is standing before you, he wanted you to do something, your behavior to that person is really important because first you will think about, what does he wants, can i do this for him, should i do this for him, does this Karma is good for others, how my Karma will affect life of Others etc.. This is why, Doing good for Bad Creature or taking side of Bad Creature is not Param-Dharma, So If you were silent, where you should not be, is considered as taking side of Bad Creature, Thus If you are taking side of Bad Creature, Your Dharma will not be able to Protect You, Because this is Karma-Ka-Vidhan, Good-Yield for Good-Deeds and Evil for Bad.

नोट: धर्म एक बहुत गहरा विषय है, परुन्तु अगर आप इसे एक वाक्य में समझना चाहते है, तब जान लो कि धर्म काल भगवान के दूारा बनाई गई परिस्थति में, किसी प्राणी का आदर्श आचरण है, जोकि कर्म-फल से परे है|
NOTE: Dharma is really complicated subject, but if you wanna understand it in single line, think of this as, Dharma is ideal behavior of any Creature rendered by Kal/Time, Which is beyond Karma-Yield.

नोट: ये बात बिल्कुल भी मायने नहीं रखती है कि तुम किस समुदाय को मानते हो, धर्म कभी भी किसी के लिए नहीं बदलता|
NOTE: This really does not matters, Which religion you do follow, because Dharma always stays same for all Creature.
