Surrender to Krishna?
What does that mean?
I continue to do what I want to do
and offer the results to Krishna.
Yes. That is acceptable to the Lord.
He says so in the Gita.
But it is not pure devotional service.
Pure devotional service means that Krishna works through the devotee.
Whatever Krishna wants the devotee to do even if it something the devotee may not want to do.
Or to not do something the devotee may want to do.
But that is still not pure devotional service on the highest platform as Lord Chaitanya has given.
The Lord has given ecstatic kirtan. It is His deepest desire.
Surrendering to ecstatic kirtan
is the highest platform of devotional service.
