What is Kratom for? Is it like an herbal medicine? Sorry I've never heard of this until just now. Is it like a preventative or supplement or like a topical medicine maybe?

    I just read it helps with opiate addiction. That's a plus since a huge chunk of America seems to be having a big problem with that right now.
