핀테크의 핵심은 ‘금융 정보의 자기결정권’ 보장이다

핀테크 분야를 취재하면 할수록, 이 영역은 단순한 기술이나 새로운 앱이 아닌 금융 산업 전반을 혁신하는 움직임이라는 생각이 듭니다.

그 중에서도 핵심은 '금융정보'의 소유권과 이용 권한이 누구에게 있느냐?인데요. 당연히 '개인'에게 있어야 하지만 우리의 현실은 그렇지 못합니다. 정보를 제공받은 오픈 api를 정부가 만들었다는 것도 이상하지만, 돈 내고 써야 하는 것도 아이러니하게 느껴집니다 ㅎㅎ
