crunchy chocolate cake

Ingredients
For a 250 ml cup
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 spoonful of cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 large egg
5 spoons of Choco Krispies about 40 g
3 tablespoons of baking flour
¼ teaspoon of yeast

Preparation

  1. Put the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it for 30 seconds at maximum power. Remove. If it is not completely melted, leave another 10 seconds more.
  2. Add cocoa, cream, sugar and egg, and beat vigorously.
  3. Add 4 tablespoons choco Krispis to the dough. Leave a spoonful reserved.
  4. Add the flour, the yeast and mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Pour the dough into the cup; you have to arrive about 3 cm from the edge.
  6. Put the cup in the microwave - on the edge of the plate, never in the center. Cook at 800 W for 1 minute.
  7. Add the scoop of choco Krispis that was left over. Lower the power to 600W, rotate the cup 180º on itself and cook for about 50 seconds more.
  8. Let warm a few minutes and you are ready to eat.
