crunchy chocolate cake
Ingredients
For a 250 ml cup
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 spoonful of cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 large egg
5 spoons of Choco Krispies about 40 g
3 tablespoons of baking flour
¼ teaspoon of yeast
Preparation
- Put the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it for 30 seconds at maximum power. Remove. If it is not completely melted, leave another 10 seconds more.
- Add cocoa, cream, sugar and egg, and beat vigorously.
- Add 4 tablespoons choco Krispis to the dough. Leave a spoonful reserved.
- Add the flour, the yeast and mix all the ingredients well.
- Pour the dough into the cup; you have to arrive about 3 cm from the edge.
- Put the cup in the microwave - on the edge of the plate, never in the center. Cook at 800 W for 1 minute.
- Add the scoop of choco Krispis that was left over. Lower the power to 600W, rotate the cup 180º on itself and cook for about 50 seconds more.
- Let warm a few minutes and you are ready to eat.
Looks tempting and satisfying but sadly I don't have room for dessert.
