나는 아름다운 돌다리를 건너고 싶다 [I want to cross beautiful limbs.]

제가 살고 있는 동네 앞에 위치한 성내천에 대해 포스팅을 하였습니다.
성내천은 생태보전이 잘 된 하천으로 지정도 되었고 상도 받았었더군요.

혹자는 노약자나 임산부 그리고 아직 크지 않은 아이들을 위해
이렇게 튼튼하고 안전한 징검다리가 있는것이 맞지 않냐라고 말하실 수 있다고 생각합니다.

이런 말도 안되는 지금과 같은 징검다리를 놓치는 않았을거라 생각됩니다.

알아보니 독일은 조경 선진국이더군요.
자연경관을 해치지 않으면서도 정말 멋스러운 시설을 조화시키는 그런 행정이 정말 멋지다고 생각됩니다.
그런데 우리의 치수과는 주변 조경과의 어울림은 저 멀리 던져버리고 행정적인 부분만을 고려한 작품을 내놓으니 정말 아쉽기만 합니다.

연말이 되면 책정된 예산을 소진하기 위해 쓸때없이 벌어지는 공사들..
우리의 혈세를 이렇게 낭비하는 행정상황 또한 시급하게 개선해야 할 우리의 숙제라는 생각으로 오늘 포스팅을 올려봅니다.

물론 저도 지금 당장 어떠한 해결책을 내놓아야 하는지 모르겠지만
이러한 행정상 낭비에 대해 구청 홈페이지를 통해 항의 및 개선을 요청하는 글을 보내는 것이 시작이라는 마음에
송파구청에 개선요청글을 올렸습니다.

미약하지만 저의 행동이 분명 방관하는 모습보다 한 걸음 나아가는 것이라 믿습니다.
