Korean Drama 3.....

My 3rd favorite korean drama is non-other than the manga turned drama, Bride of the Water God a.k.a The Bride of Habaek.

1. The Bride of Habaek (하백의 신부 2017; Habaekui Shinbu 2017)

The Bride of Habaek is the spin-off of the manhwa (manga) by the name of Bride of the Water God.

Synopsis:

• When the narcissistic water god Ha-baek (Nam Joo-hyuk) visits earth in order to find a stone powerful enough to help him claim his throne, he seeks out the help of his servant and destined bride, psychiatrist So-ah (Shin Se-kyung), whose family is fated to serve the water god for generations. The problem is that she has no belief in the gods and initially mistakes him for suffering from delusions. Things get even stranger when the wind god Bi-ryeom (Gong Myung), the water goddess Mu-ra (Krystal), and the semi-god Hu-ye (Lim Ju-hwan) show up to complicate things.

Cast:

• Shin Se Kyung (신세경) acted in the drama Blade Man alongside Lee Dong Wook who acted in the hit drama Goblin.

• Nam Joo Hyuk (남주혁) started out as a model before entering his acting career. He acted as a prince in the hit drama Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo.

• Lim Ju Hwan (임주환) acted in Uncontrollably Fond alongside Kim Woo Bin and Hallyu Star Bae Suzy.

• Krystal Jung but credited in her Korean name Jung Soo Jung (정수정) acted in the hit drama The Heirs alongside Hallyu Stars Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye. She is an idol from the girl group f(x) and she is also the younger sister of Jessica Jung, who is the ex-member of the famous girl group Girls' Generation.

• Gong Myung (공명) acted in the drama The Happy Loner alongside BigBang's Taeyang's wife, Min Hyo Rin. He is also a member of the idol group 5urprise beside the famous Seo Kang Jun.

This drama also involves a lot of good Orignal Soundtracks.

This drama is suitable for those who loves mystical creatures such as Gods. This drama also involves a lot of ups and downs, it has its fun moments and also sad moments. It also pulls out those emotions of one-sided love,
