Great question. It dpeneds on the capacity of the satellites. Most of the cubesats have limited bandwidth and it takes longer time to do upload/download. The pros of launching small satellites are: they are cheap and we can build it fast. We will have opportunities to test it out before we spend on a lot of money on building big ones.
