동명의 인기 웹툰이 원작인 '이두나!'는 평범한 대학생 원준(양세종 분)이 셰어하우스에서 화려한 K팝 아이돌 시절을 뒤로 하고 은퇴한 두나(수지 분)를 만나게 되며 벌어지는 로맨스 드라마다. '사랑의 불시착' '로맨스가 필요해' 등을 연출한 이정효 PD와 수지가 만나 눈길을 끌었다. 무엇보다 수지는 캐스팅 단계부터 높은 싱크로율로 화제가 됐다.
