What is a False Flag operation?
Its when one actor pretends to be another, in this case Russia pretending to be North Korea when hacking and disrupting the Olympics. It never made sense that the North Koreans were trying to disrupt the Olympics while they were sending teams, bands, and the Leader's sister. But Russia? They were mad that they got caught doping and were made to march around in special "bad boy' uniforms.
Its easy to understand Putin. Its all about revenge. Revenge and cheating. He gets mad when people don't treat him and Russia like they were normal and even great. And then he spends his time and his government's seeking revenge and cheating.
