스팀 송금실수로 문의드립니다.

제가 어제 업비트가 암호화폐 입출금이 중지된줄 모르고 스티밋에서 스팀하고 SBD를 업비트로 송금을 했습니다.
송금 액수만큼 제 지갑에서 줄어들었지만 당연히 업비트에는 송금이 되질 않았습니다.

그래서 문의를 했더니

이렇게 답변이와서 txid가 무엇인지 찾아보고 확인해보니

이렇게 나오고 자세한 사항을 알기위해 우측상단의 부위를 눌렀더니

이렇게 뿐이 나오질 않더군요

업비트 답변서에 보면 해당 출금처에 문의해 보라하던데 그곳에는 어떻게 연락을 하는것인지 알 수가 없어서요.

혹시 아시는 분 계시면 도움 답변 부탁드립니다. ^^
