This is what I guess from the pictures. You went to an eel market on a rainy day. You bought fresh eels and cook them with giant onions, beans, green chillies, radishes, carrots and a whole array of fresh vegetables. You also used marinated ...something and a chilly-based paste for the sauce. It looks like a stew, but it might not be one. The vegetables seem to have some bite. You might have cooked them separately, or for a lesser amount of time: 15 or 20 minutes. It looks like a healthy and a tasty meal.
