I saw this post by @syjk96 and it raised a couple of questions.

To start with I questioned whether this performer J.Fla was actually singing the song ... her mouth was conveniently covered by the microphone protector. Secondly what does

Fortunately with modern technology, the second question was easily answered by selecting and using ImTranslator. If you are younger than a certain age, you cannot imagine what one would have to do in the past to translate this. One might attempt a Korean - English dictionary but it would have been a real challenge. The second most likely thing to do would be to track down someone who could read Korean. So in other words this would have been very challenging.

The first question still is open for discussion but J.Fla does have other videos showing her face
