어제 정신적 수양에 대해 이야기를 했는데,
오래 전부터 명상을 조금씩 하고 있었다.
해보면 좋다는 건 알고 있지만,
마음이 쫓길 때는 그걸 잊고 살 때도 많다.
하기는 하지만,
완전한 습관이 되지는 않은 것이다.
아침에 일어났을 때
그리고
밤에 잠자기 전에.
그렇게 하루 적어도 2번 이상
꾸준히 해주면 좋을 것이다.
오늘부터 다시 시작하자.
