헤밍웨이가 말하길 내 삶은 라 보데기따 델 메디오에 있는 모히또와
엘 플로리디타의 다이키리에 존재한다. 말했다고 합니다 이 두가지중
오늘은 모히또를 만들어 볼까해요.

Ernest Hemingway say. My mojito in La Bodeguita, my daiquiri in El Floridita.
and today make the mojito :)

맛은 약간의 단맛 쓴맛 신맛이 고르게 퍼져있습니다. 느낌은 청량한 느낌이라고 보시면 됩니다.
tasty bitter sweet and sour.balance. feeling is fresh! :) :) :)

----------방법--------- how to ----------

1 준비물 : 화이트 럼 45ml (1 1/2oz) , 민트 잎 또는 애플민트잎 4~5 장,
설탕 2tsp , 생라임 1/2개,라임주스 20~30ml (2/3oz~1oz) , 탄산수(토닉 or 사이다) 90~120ml (3~4oz) 머들러 준비해주세요

1 prepare : white rum 1 1/2oz , mint leaf or apple mint reaf 4~5 ea
sugar 2tsp, lime 1/2 ea , tonic water(soda or 7 up) 3~4oz, Muddler

거의 애플민트만 있습니다 .

2 만드는 방법 : 민트와 라임, 라임쥬스 설탕 을 머들링해주세요 <<믹스라고 부르겠습니다.
(한컵에 넣고 빻아주세요 이유는 민트 향을 넣게 하기 위함입니다.)
그리고나서 간 얼음과 럼을 믹스를 글라스에 넣고 잘 섞어준 뒤 나머지를 탄산수로 넣어줍니다.
장식하고 싶으면 민트잎을 얹어줍니다.

2 how to : Muddling lime , sugar ,mint leaf , and rum (cuz the mint smell in ) << i call the mix.
after than pour in to ice cup(cube ice or shaving ice) and stir with mix . last pour soda water. and that't it!!
if u wanna garnish u can top on the mint. :)

모히또는 청량하면서도 시원한 음료 입니다!!

mojito is freshhhhh and very cooooooooool~~!!!
