Batangas coffee is Liberica coffee, it is very fragrant and tasty for me unlike Arabica and Robusta @gungho. It is also strong which is why it is called a "Barako" or Stud in English denoting its effect to be strong like a kicking Steed or a goring Bull :D but it is really delicious with just a small amount it is still fragrant and still quite strong, it makes my heart pump good which I only like while I am hooked-up at dialysis to prevent hypotension.

I am glad that you have an interesting Vietnamese coffee flavor favorites. Coconut cream is truly a versatile ingredient, you should use it for creating meals and there are lots of recipes out which you can use coconut cream with. As for salted coffee, I definitely haven't tried that and it is the first time I learned that there is such a coffee preparation like that.
