Thanks for the thoughtful post. Yes, Steemit is viral in Korea. We have at least three dedicated chatrooms, in which over 500 people are participating in sum. One of the problem of his flag is that he just cutoff high-payout posts. Just high. Some posts can have high rewards with real good contents, and high rewards motivate the authors to do better. But his flag discourages pursuing higher reward by better contents. I am not sure he cares the quality with the consideration of his voting list.
