남미의 라틴 아메리카 예술 축제를 여행 한 베네수엘라 사람들은 그 나라에서의 체류를 이용하여 그들이 온 나라의 상황을 설명하는 깃발을 들고 거리에 평화롭게 항의했다.
한국인 베네수엘라 대사관의 명령에 따라 경찰이 한국 국적자들과 함께 체포 된 사람들을 체포하기 위해 체포 된 것은 주목할만한 일이다.
