Delegations dont add up so if you delegate 100 SP and then 10 SP, your total delegation is only 10 SP. You need to delegete new total delegation so in this example you should delegate 110 SP to add 10 more. Let me know if you need help, tip!

No problem :) you will now have to wait 7 days for your remaining undelegated SP to return to you and then you can delegate again the total amount you want to delegate.
