[TRON] Translation of Justin's CCTV interview into English

I firstly translated Justin's CCTV interview from Chinese into Korean and translated it from Korean into English again.
My major is Chinese literature so i'm not good at English composition but i did my best to translate it in a short time for all of Tronners around the world.

INTRO :
I think that the entrepreneurs who born after 90's, are representing creativity which will bring a whole new paradigm and method in this society.
The greatest impression that entrepreneurship bring to me is the belief, in other words, the way to win is to stay strong.
The reason I decided to start a business was because I wanted to choose a way that was entirely new and adventurous, something different than before.
China's entrepreneurial environment is the best in the world, there is no competition here.
TITLE :
Entrepreneur must have an All-In sprit. - Justin Sun
Narration :
Justin Sun, the founder of Ruibo Heaven and the 90's, is the first student of Hupan University which were founded by founder of Alibaba, Jack Ma, and eight other businessmen and scholars. And he is also know as "the disciple of Jack Ma". Hupan University did not grant a degree and had no strict academic burden, it gave Justin Sun a strong and exciting mental shock.
Justin Sun :
Hupan University is a kind of school for entrepreneurs, and we regard it as a place where we can gather together and share warmth. In fact, degrees are not so important to entrepreneur.

For example, the story what Jack Ma told us was shocking.
Jack Ma said :
"When I was at a business school i studied about 'How to succeed'. A professor at a business school summarizes the cases and teaches about "how many successful companies have succeeded". But the essence of strategy-up is to know about "How to avoid failures". Because according to my experience with majority of entrepreneurs, i've learned that we can succeed as long as we hang on to the last.".
Justin Sun :
Jack Ma explained the entrepreneurship as an example of war and said, "There are too many people dying on the battlefield, so being survivor can be a success.".
Narration :
90 Hao, who have grown along the wave of Internet development and are accustomed to risking, have vision of optimistic and following new trends, are gradually entering society and changing the way people think quietly. What do they think of people in the 70s, 80s, even the 60s?
Justin Sun :
I think people who start venture or those who work in venture businesses are all relatively eccentric. At least we are a little bit apart from China's mainstream society. For 30 years after the reform and opening up of China, creative and innovative figures who take this kind of adventure have been constantly discharged. Including Founder of Haier, Wantong, Sohu, Baidu and Allibaba etc, can be said to be relatively eccentric in mainstream society because they all are willing to take risks, create new things, like to do these things. In that reason, even if these different kinds of people gather together, there's real chemistry between them and can not feel the generation difference at all.
I encourage everyone to take risks, but there is always a risk. Challengers will achieve success, and few will fail if they are not capable of controlling risk after choosing an adventure. There is also a person who fails. Nevertheless, I think that China's economy has finally developed through these creative and innovative people. Entrepreneurs in the 60s, 70s and 80s deserve to be respected by us because they are the main engine of economic growth.

How much is the explosive power of Internet Plus and how to change our lifestyle in the future will probably be confirmed only through long-term observation. But it is certain that Internet Plus will make a big difference for us.

Talking about the concept of Internet Plus, such as Internet plus finance, this can be defined as not just a change on the surface of the process, but also a fundamental, ie, a revolution that touches the very core of things.

Everything is unknown and full of anticipation. The entrepreneurship gave Justin Sun an infinite desire to explore.

What I realized through my entrepreneurship is the fact that there is no correct answer to it. It does not matter if any the companies are in any part of industry, and i can not say whether the job what they do is right or not. All true venture companies are at the forefront of the times and the future is unpredictable, so no one knows how to evolve. You can see one big stream, but it is very hard to get the right answer about how to develop in every concrete strategy phase. But the only thing we can know for sure is that if you believe and hang on, as Jack Ma said, 'Company that survives until the end will eventually become successful one". If you do not survive, you will fail, and only survivors will succeed. I think that entrepreneurship is the thing, 'the certainty is the weakest, the uncertainty is the strongest'. We do not know where our correct answers are, and that is the entrepreneurship.

From Justin Sun's case, successful entrepreneurs can see what specific requirements they should have. There are two essential elements.
Justin Sun :
I think that in order to be a successful entrepreneur, you must have an all-in spirit that can bet everything what you have. It can be said "All in or nothing" in English, it means staking everything, even if nothing can be obtained. You can only succeed if you go All-in. Second, you should be light source to which means that the entrepreneur to be like a sun to everyone. Because of the many challenges faced during the start-up process, many people are frustrated and do not know what to do. Then you have to say "I know what to do!" The problem must be precisely arranged to everyone and you should be the pillars of everyone.
Of course, a very important thing is that the entrepreneur must pay attention to self-reflection. Because nobody warns you about the many risks and failures during the start-up process. As you walk into the forest of the unknown, how can you see what the entire forest looks like and what problems you face? In that reason, you have to have a very strong self-reflection posture so you can constantly correct your mistakes.
