I'll provide an official english version post, but if you want to use for leothecat, you of course must have an active key for leothecat in your keychain to authorize the posting right to scotauto. This is a one-time process.

• the right to be authorized: posting right
• BUT the authorization process requires an active key (why? since it's a very important job!)

This is all the same for any dapp, not just for scotauto.

If you're familiar with steemauto, or busy (using SC), you understand what I mean.
