[#1. 기업 회원가입 방법 'Corporate Account Registration']

Visit our official website at www.bithumb.com to set up a new account on Bithumb. A New user can open an account by clicking on ‘Sign up’ tab. There are two options available to choose according to the type of user group such as individual and corporate. An individual user will be guided to enter personal information such as a name, email ID, phone number etc., which will be instantly verified. Corporate users are supposed to go through slightly different questions on corporate information such as company name, business address, email ID and phone number that are officially registered to be verified through our criteria. The user can login into its new account once all the verification processes are successfully completed. Please check our video tutorial for further information.

[#2. 기업 회원 인증 'Corporate Account Authentication']

You will find that you have limited access to our service at initial stage after you just completed sign up. Bithumb offers total of 4 levels on authentication to protect users for security. Users at Level 1 has no withdrawal allowed and are recommended to process verification process in order to withdraw. Minimum Level 2 users can request withdrawal at designated limits. To step up to the upper level authentication, please verify your identity using legitimate documents to support your corporate information submitted to our registration system. Please check our video tutorial for more information.

[#3. 빗썸프로 자산이동 'Bithumb to Bithumb Pro Asset Transfer']

You will need to transfer your asset from Bithumb Pro to Bithumb.com if you want to withdraw part or all of your asset. Please follow the steps specified in our video tutorial as we currently have no international language support other than Korean. Though, please note that the update will be made shortly with new awesome features.
