1大きなタコ、洗った
ニンニク2クローブ
1/2玉ねぎ

2つのチョップトマト
タマネギ1個
赤いペッパー1片
rajasの3つのjalapeñochiles
水切りされたニンジンを含むエンドウ豆の培地1本
オイル大さじ2
準備
1.大きなポットに十分な水を入れて沸騰させる。清潔なタコを沸騰した水に浸し、水で覆う。ニンニク2片、1/2タマネギと塩を加えなさい。中程度の熱で40分間炊き、柔らかいときに取り除く。冷やして、皮を剥がし、刻み目をつける
2.フライパンに油を入れ、タマネギ、トマト、赤コショウを加えて数分間炒める。彼らが色を変えたら、ジャラペーネスライスとエンドウ豆にニンジンを加えます。塩と胡椒で味付けし、タコを少しずつ補完する。
