숨쉬는 글 #3

형들.
며칠만에 숨쉬는 글 다시 올려봤어.
오늘 가족들과 롤라장에 갔는데
나는 스케이트를 안 탔어.
좀 피곤해서...
그런데 막판에 마누라가
오락실에 가자 해서
같이 펌프를 하게 된거야.

오랜만에 펌프한다고
발 좀 움직였더니
무지 숨차는 거 있지?
끝날 쯤에는 헉헉대고 있었어.
나이 먹고 체력이 떨어진거지.
땀은 좀 흘렸지만 이상하게 기분좋데..
다른 운동 하기 힘들면
이거라도 가끔씩 할까봐...

숨쉬는... 아니 숨 헐떡이는 글이었어.
그럼 형들 다음에 또 봐~~.

        펌프는 난이도가 일정 수준 이상이면, 뒤쪽 손잡이를 잡고 발을 빠르게 움직여야 해서 폼이 이상하기는 마찬가지 같더라구요. 그 정도 할 수 있는 수준은 아니지만요. ㅎㅎㅎ
