BLACK PINK - One of the most popular k-pop girl's band

Hello, I am a listener of k-pop music and i wanted to talk you about one of the most successfull girl's band at the moment : BLACK PINK

BLACK PINK is a team of 4 young girls from 20 to 22 years old. Produced by YG Entertainment, they started last year in august with 2 song called Boombayah and Whistle, becoming rapidely very popular.

K-pop music has of course a lot of success in asian countries but is still a foreign world for most of americans and europeans. Their songs or music/videos are mostly known for being weird or funny and their music style is not always appreciated by western people.

What about BLACK PINK ? Their are quite beautifull, have good/unique voices and dance pretty well, wich is the minimum to be in a k-pop group. But are they different from the other groups ? I will let everyone make their own answer.

They were then ranked first in music charts (http://gaonchart.co.kr/main/section/chart/online.gaon?nationGbn=T&serviceGbn=ALL&targetTime=08&hitYear=2016&termGbn=month) and begun to win more and more music awards like "rookie of the year" for 2016 and 2017.

They also broke some youtube records for the most views in 24 hours for a K-pop group and for the K-pop MV record for fastest group to reach 10 million views.
