Food Photography - Yukgaejang (Spicy Beef And Vegetable Stew)
I had been cooking Yukgaejang few times but I cannot get the perfect taste as I want it to be, but when I saw this spicy stew package in the grocery, I thought this will help me make my dish more delicious. I bought this pack of Yukgaejang just to add flavor to my dish.
Ingredients:

Beef Stew Cut
Kosari/Wild Fern
Bean Sprout
Green Onion

How to cook
Put the beef, kosari or wild fern and onion in a boiing water for 1 hr. or until beef is tender.
Put the mung bean sprouts, green onions, and mushrooms in the pot until the vegetable is half cooked.
Add pepper flakes, minced garlic and some sesame oil then bring to boil again.
