Very famous Korean garlic
My mom bought 10kg(22lb) peeled garlic(price 90,000 won) from her blogroll.
She use these for all cooking during one year.
You know, Korean make Kimchi every year.
She crushed all garlic and kept them in the freezer.
Her blogroll peeled all garlic and trimmed the unnecessary sides.
So my mom just wash and crushed them easily.
