올해(25년) 안으로 임금체불 처벌은 최대 징역 3년에서 5년으로 강화 추진된다
올해(25년) 11월 26일,
정부와 민주당은 국회에서 당정협의회을 열어서 임금체불 처벌 강화, 임금 구분 지급제 민간 도입 확대, 청년 일자리 도약 장려금 지원 대상 확장, 채용 취업 광고 모니터링 체계 개선, 근로감독 행정 혁신에 대한 5개 정책을 추진하기로 했습니다.
그중에서...
임금체불 사업주에 대한 현행 최대 3년 징역을 최대 5년 징역으로 올해 안에 강화될 전망이라고 합니다.
그리고
- 12월 1일부터 최근 1년간 3회 이상 임금 체불이 확정된 상승 체불 사업장을 전수 조사를 실시하고,
내년(26년)부터는 2회 이상 임금 체불 신고 사업장이 대상이고...
27년부터는 전체 임금 체불 신고 사업장으로 확대된다고 하네요.
저는 잘 몰랐는데...
생각보다 임금체불 사업주가 많다고 하니...
