"Sel Rooti" Special and tasty dish:-
Each festival caters varieties of foods. Sel Roti is one of the unique dish, holds significant importance in Nepalese culture and society as it is also prepared during festival of Dashain and Tihar. Apart from the festival, it can be found in local vendor shop with several others delicious snacks. It looks like doughnut and bagel made of specially prepared rice flour deep fried with crispy brown shell. It is perfect for breakfast (fresh warm Sel Roti) along with Nepalese Milk Tea.
