Is KNOWLEDGE REALLY POWER?

Growing up as a child i usually hear people say knowledge is power but through studies and research i have come to realize that the quote is imperfect, because i have seen people who knows so much and yet what they know is not working for them.
Now the question is why will someone know so much and yet not powerful since knowledge is power?
The answer to this question is knowledge on its own does not bring power , what bring power is THE RIGHT APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE . I want you to note the two keywords RIGHT & APPLICATION . Because they are the key factors in bringing about the power, power here actually represent success, productivity, fulfillment etc.
As a person what limits you in life is not what you don't know, but what you know that you have failed to use. I want you to know that what makes the difference is not what you know but what you act upon.
I will round-up by saying that you having so much upstairs (your head) is awesome, but what settles you is your insight and understanding into what your supposed to do.
