131 Key Function List on Complete Computer Keyboard
Hi all back with me @sucindi. Today I will write down the function keys on the computer keyboard, hopefully this article useful for me, you and us all.
Computers and laptops are things that have been very familiar to many people, even around the world. It has become a very useful tool for ease of work-office, school, administration, art and other occupations.
However, although it has become a familiar item, but there are still many people who do not understand about the function of computer keyboard keys, especially the function of a quick button on the computer keyboard or laptop.
Most people, especially for beginners or new to the laptop still use the navigation buttons using the cursor, which will certainly drain longer time when trying to find and run the program. In fact, if we know and memorize the various functions of keyboard keys on the laptop, we can more easily in doing various tasks with a computer or laptop.

Alt = to display alternate buttons that are not combined with other button
ALT + A = to display the action menu.
ALT + DELETE = to display the windows menu.
ALT + ENTER = to display the properties properties dialog box selected.
ALT + ESC = to replace the program box display in sequence through items that have been opened.
ALT + F = to display the menu file of the program being opened.
ALT + F4 = to close the active item or to exit the active program.
ALT + HOME = to display the start menu dialog box.

ALT + O = to display favorites menu.
ALT + PAGE DOWN = to switch programs from right to left.

ALT + SPACEBAR = to display shortcut menu or system for active window.
ALT + TAB = to switch from currently open programs or items.
ALT + Minus sign [-] = to display the window menu of the currently active console window.
ALT + V = to display the view menu.
ARROW / Arrow Keys (whatever) = to select a button when the current option is the selected button group.
BACKSPACE = to view the folder one level up in My Computer or WindowsExplorer or if the folder is selected in the "Save As" or "Open" dialog box, or delete the 1 character to the left of the cursor on the active text.
CTRL + 1 = for single spacing.
CTRL + 2 = for double spacing.
CTRL + 5 = for 1.5 lines spacing.
CTRL + A = to select all.
CTRL + ALT + BREAK = to switch from computer view between window and full screen.
-CTRL + ALT + Minus sign [-] = to create a snapshot of the active window on the clipboard server terminal and to provide the same functionality by pressing PRINT SCREEN on the local computer.
CTRL + ALT + Plus sign = (+) = to create a snapshot of the entire client window area on the clipboard server terminal and provides the same functionality by pressing ALT + PRINT SCREEN on the local computer.
CTRL + B = to open the Favorites / Bold dialog box. - CTRL + C = for copy command. - CTRL + D = to open the font dialog box.

CTRL + DOWN ARROW = to move the insertion point or cursor to the beginning of the next paragraph.

CTRL + F10 = to maximize the currently active console window.
CTRL + F4 = to close the active document in programs that allow multiple documents to be opened simultaneously or if there is only one active window, this shortcut will close the console.
CTRL + F5 = to restore the currently active console window.
CTRL + G = to enable the 'Go To' menu to go to a certain page.
CTRL + H = to open the History bar dialog box or to open the replace box.
CTRL + HOME = for the move command to the first character.
CTRL + I = for the Italic command menu.
CTRL + I = to open the favorites bar menu.
CTRL + J = for the Justify Alignment command.
CTRL + K = for the Insert Hyperlink command.
CTRL + L = for command opens the Open / Left Alignment dialog box.
CTRL + LEFT ARROW = to move the insertion point (cursor) to the beginning of the previous word.
CTRL + Left Arrow = to move the insertion point to the beginning of the previous word.
CTRL + M = for the Indent Incrase command.
CTRL + N = for the New command / Open a new console / Start another instance of the browser with the same Web address.
CTRL + O = to open a new dialog box or to open a new file.
CTRL + P = to print current page or active pane.
CTRL + Q = for the Normal Style command.
CTRL + R = to update this Web page / Right Alignment.
CTRL + RIGHT ARROW = to move the insertion point / cursor to the beginning of the next word.
CTRL + S = to store the current page.
CTRL + SHIFT + TAB = to move backward through tabs.
CTRL + SHIFT with one of ARROW KEY = for highlight or block of text.
CTRL + SHIFT while dragging item = to create a shortcut to the selected item.
CTRL + T = for the Hanging Indent command.
CTRL + U = for Underline commands.
CTRL + UP ARROW = to move the insertion point or cursor to the beginning of the previous paragraph.
CTRL + V = to paste the copied or cut section.
CTRL + W = to close the active window.
CTRL + Windows Logo + F = to search for command for computer.
CTRL + X = for cut command / cut file / selected part.CTRL + Y = for redo / return to next command deleted.
CTRL + Z = for Undo / back on command previous.CTRL while dragging / dragging an item = to copy the currently selected item.

-DELETE = to delete 1 character to the right of the cursor.

Insert = to insert a character in the cursor position.
Left = to move the cursor 1 character to the left.

LEFT ALT + LEFT SHIFT + PRINT SCREEN = to switch from High Contrast on or off.
ZLEFT ARROW = for command open left menu, or close submenu.
LEFT ARROW = for command collapse current selection if expanded, or select the main folder.
LEFT ARROW = to move to the left or to the end of the previous line.
Windows logo + BREAK = to display the box in alog System Properties.
-Logo Windows + D = to display the desktop screen.
-Logo logo + E = to open My Computer.
Logo Windows + F = to search for a particular file or folder Windows logo + F1 = to display the Windows Help dialog box.
Logo Windows + L = for keyboard lock command.
Windows logo + M = to minimize all open windows.

NUM LOCK + Asterisk sign [*] = to display all subfolders that are under the currently selected folder.
NUM LOCK + Minus sign [-] = for the collapse command on the selected folder.
NUM LOCK + Plus sign [+] = to display the contents of the folder is currently selected.
Num Lock Off = to perform the function of the active navigation key.
-Num Lock On = to execute the function of typing the numbers and the active mathematical operator NUM LOCK for five seconds = to enable ToggleTombols on or off.Page Down = to scroll the screen down.
Page Up = to scroll the screen upward.
PAGE UP = for the command to move up one screen at a time.
PRIN SCRN + active printer = to print snapshot / whole window.
RIGHT A RROW = to Display the current selection, or select the first subfolder / Move right or to the beginning of the next line.
Commands toggle on the Filter Buttons on or off.
Shift + Delete = for the command deletes the currently selected item permanently without placing the item in the Recycle Bin.
SHIFT + F10 = to display the shortcut menu on the selected item / to open the shortcut menu.
SHIFT + F3 = for 3x. = for command of all lowercase letters.SHIFT + F3 [1x] = for capital letters.
SHIFT + F3 [2x] = command for all capital letters.
SHIFT + TAB = for the command to move back through the options.Shift + Tab = for the command to move backwards through the options.
SHIFT + one of ARROW KEY = to select more than one item in a window or on desktop / select text in document.
-SHIFT when inserting CD-ROM into CD-ROM = to prevent CD-ROM automatically play / autoplay.
SHIFT five times = to enable Sticky Buttons on or off.
Shortcut = to enable shortcut buttons on the cursor position SPACEBAR = to select or clear the checkbox if the active option is check box.
TAB = to move the text according to the sign tab located on the horizontal ruler.
- F1 key = to open the help topic, if any, for the currently selected item.
Windows Logo = to show or hide the Start menu.
