Its start with the following story

In the beggining of 20th century, two different teams started searching the same thing that was how man can fly?
Samuel Langley was a wellknown professor and he had a group of some well known and powerfull persons at that time Like Andrew Carnegi and Alexander grahamwell.
With the Grant of 50,000 dollar by the Govt. and a team of most intelligent people of his time, he started the project to make human kind fly in the air. Contemproraly
Wright Brothers were working in a cycle repair shop at Dayton in ohio. As Samuel langley had money and knowledge with him, everyone was expecting that he surely he will succeed in his project,but history had to write some different story.
On 17th december 1903 it was Wright brothers marked their name as the first person to fly in the history of mankind.

Now the question is "Why a company equipped with smart brains and handsome funding failed?"

Inorder to find out the causes we need to understant the human behaviour.Two things make us work a) Manipulation and b) Inspiration
manipulation can be done in following forms

Price- Manupulating price often works but gradually we start harming ourselves, For example, Customer wait for the maximum discount inorder to buy something due to which seller keep on giving maximum discounts which leads to very less profit or nil profit.

Promotion- Beacause of the fascinating promotional deals sometime we forget that we are comprimising the quality , that means sometimes we cannot see the actual picture because of tempting covers.

Fear- Fear is the stongest factor for the humankind to get manipulated.

Pear Pressure- peer pressure compell us to think that powerfull people know more than us and they are more wiser.

Aspiration- We always aspire to fulfill our desire without any hardwork

Novelity- We are always fascinated towards new things and ideas

These are some of the tricks to manipulate someone. Manupulaion does work few time but we cannot generate loyalty with manupulation. Now there comes inspiration , very different from manupulation.
Inspiration is based on this Golden circle, which comprises three inner circles which inspires us.
