mobile learning - use your phone to learn
Today I want to introduce you one common method some of my friends and I use to be prepared for exams.
Everyone knows the following situation:
Your exams will be in a few weeks and you start to read all of your notes over and over again until the day of the exam comes. Until this date you spend so much time with reading your own stuff that it might sound hilarious to the most of us.
But why are you repeating your notes by reading (in most cases reading out lout if you are alone)?
Why are you using your free time for this over and over repetition?
Stop doing that. Instead, use your smartphone to make your learning easier and much more "portable".
Every phone has a standard app that allows you to dictate something and replay it. Use this simple technology !
The first time you read out loud your notes, dictate them to your phone. Now you´ve got something like an audio book spoken by your own.
Use this audio file wherever you are and listen to it in moments where you have time but you are not able to read something (like driving in your car, running or going for a big walk for example).
This method helped me a lot to save my time for other things instead of using it to read some stuff over and over again.
Try it for your own and see what benefit it will bring into your life.

Sehr hilfreicher Artikel - werde ich mir mal merken, denn ich bin auch so ein "Lerndepp" - Lesen und etwas behalten geht gar nicht. Learning by doing ist eher mein Ding. Meine Votepower ist am Ende aber resteem und follow geht :D

Ich glaube das geht vielenLeuten so. Ist ja auch im Grunde unsinnig sich Stoff in die Birne zu hauen bis zur Prüfung, den man sowieso nie mehr im Leben benötigt. Vielleicht so ein Kindheits-Rebellen-Trauma - lol - Wenn mich was interessiert, dann hänge ich mich da freiwillig rein, aber der mir unnötig erscheinende Kram geht da echt nicht rein in den Langzeitspeicher.
Unsinnig schon, aber es muss halt sein um die Prüfung zu bestehen :D Ich benutze die Methode aber nicht nur für mein Unizeugs, sondern auch für besonders gute Texte, da ich durch das mehrfache Anhören ein besseres Verständnis entwickle und es sich so quasi in meinem Unterbewusstsein "verankert"
Hehe - ja so ist halt das Schulsystem. 90% sinnlosen Input rein, abfragen und bewerten, wie gut du dir den Müll bis zum Prüfungstag merken konntest. Ob du das 2 Tage später noch weißt oder es jemals in deinem Leben nochmal benötigst ist ja nicht wichtig :D
Aber für die andere Geschichte, auch was du erwähnt hast, sicher super cool. Einen Versuch ist es wert. Schlimmer kann es nicht werden - bei mir zumindest ;)
