Model shipbuilding process

Hay came back again with me @jhonmaks. Today I made a model ship, what is a model ship? Ship model is a miniature ship that is made as closely as possible with the original form of the ship itself, usually ship model made in decoration or decoration without having the ability to sail properly ship.But this time I will make a model ship that is equipped with the ability to be in use and also equipped with remote controls, so then read this article so we can make it at home.

There are 7 steps taken to create a ship model :

• Preparing Tools and materials make.
• Lay out (Mal).
• Assembly.
• Laminate.

First we have to prepare tools and materials for our use to make the ship model. As for tools and sands that we need among others is :

Material :

• plywood model.
• Sandpaper.
• Putty .
• Resin 157 BTQN.
• Fiberglass Mat.
• Catalyst.

Tool :

• Special glue plywood.

• Cutter.

• Pencil.

• Ruler.

• Solation (if required).

The second is making Lay Out.

Lay out is the mall for the model, so ship shape in the span into a field with auto cad software or other software.

this is a form of mall / stretch that will be made design ship.

Third is the assembly stage.

The plywood is cut to fit the shape of the mall after that we raft, we use glue for the assembly.

The fourth is the laminate stage.

We laminate between the ship on the model so as not to have a cavity that can make water into the model ship.

Next we arrange fiberglass on the sidelines of the connection to strengthen the connection.

Then we apply a resin that has been catalyzed by the catalyst to fiberglass in order to make fiberglass more attached so that no more cavities for water seeps into the ship later.

After all applied evenly drying some time to dry.

The fifth stage is to make the top building of this building we can make as creative as possible.

Develop our imagination in this stage, we can make any shape we want. This time I make it look more sporty, then after all we form the hull and ship's top of the ship using glue.

After the part is in connect, dempullah part of the ship connection, putty is useful as waterproof material also that makes the ship resistant to water.After the completion of the process of coincidence we can do the painting in accordance with our wishes.

Not only as a display just this ship can also make a ship that uses remote control. We only need a dynamo and circuit electricity that exists on toy cars that are sold in the market.
