On Monday 22 June 2020, at 9.30 am, I arrived at the counter to attend the Coordination Meeting in the hall of the Camat Office, West Baktiya for discussion on the Implementation and disbursement of village funds. In accordance with applicable regulations and laws. Call for a coordination meeting by the TA Team from North Aceh District.

11 participants from the Village Facilitator,
2 participants from Kec. west baktiya

At 10:00 am, the Team from the Regency arrived, then all participants who were present immediately entered the room to take the place that had been provided by the committee.

On this day, discussions from the District Team on the activities of village funds, which are budgeted by physical and non-physical village governments and the follow-up to accelerate the distribution of village funds in the second phase.

The Physical Village Fund is for construction work that is budgeted by the government in the past, and immediate work is carried out, so as to accelerate the disbursement process phases 2 and 3.

Non-Physical Village Fund is disbursement of "Direct Cash Assistance (BLT)" to the poor or third stage beneficiaries in June 2020. Immediately carried out in villages affected by the Covid-19 pandrmi. The village government immediately funds these to the beneficiaries.

Peedamping Desa immediately facilitated the assistance of each fund disbursement of "Direct Cash Assistance (BLT)" conducted by the village government, so that there were no obstacles in the field.

Precisely at 2 30 pm, assisting the Posyandu coordinator and cadre of Lhok Euncin village aims to:

Facilitating the implementation of posyandu cadres for toddlers, pregnant women, the elderly and toddlers measurement to run according to the rules of procedure and to run smoothly.

Accompanying the coordinator of Puskesmas Nurjannah and 1 coordinating village midwife to check the completeness of health equipment and health food supplies for toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly which are used every 1 month.

In taking measurements on toddlers, the health center coordinates the posyanndu cadres after taking measurements then recorded in your agenda book. Likewise with pregnant women and the elderly when posyandu events are always included in the Agennda book.
