Sorry This is actually a tank of one of the 3 factions. The gif shows the original tank from 1998 and the one in the picture is the main weapon of the tank that I will model again.

It's not complicated, just not obvious if you're not familiar with the game. I'm sure everyone who is would know what is what immediately :D
