Realizando Torta De Girasol
Primera vez que realizó una torta completa y decorada por mi estoy aprendiendo cada día más
Realice la mezcla para la torta y es muy sencilla, lo uno que lleva es leche y 6 huevos arina de trigo y azúcar.
Luego mezcle todos los ingredientes para colocarlas en las bandejas una vez lista las coloque en el horno.
Cuando las coloque fuera del horno, realice el merengue para decorar la torta, el merengue lleva 6 claras de huevos, luego se cocina al fuego más lento y se le agrega azúcar.
Por último queda batir hasta que el merengue levanté sin ningún problema, yo utilice colorantes en amarillo y verde para realizar unas flores de girasol.
También utilice una bolsa le corté el pico y de esta manera realice el decorado.
