Having a decentralized video sharing platform. Yah or nah??
I think yah. Recently alot of great and well known content creators are getting their videos removed or banned from all of the centralized sharing platforms such as YouTube, Facebook.. Sometimes even Instagram and Twitter.
People who have been supporting their platforms for years have just been discarded like a old baby's nappy.

Although it does have a measly $2 subscription fee which is really not alot seeing that if you're sharing quality content you are bound to get curated nicely by either @oracle-d or @threespeak or perhaps if you are sharing steem promotional videos @theycallmedan the creator of the threespeak platform might also give you a juicy upvote.
Benefits of having a decentralized video sharing platform.
Your videos remain on the blockchain forever and can not be undone, removed or restricted in anyway by anyone.
The best way to get word out of something that might get pulled of by centralized company that find the subject sensitive or going against their policies such as sharing crypto currency videos.
All information posted on a blockchain will always be available to view and is signed into the blockchain.
The power is in the hands of the user, community and everyday people like yourself. Not in the hands of a corporation most likely willing to screw you over for a buck or two.
Its easier to create a fan base from 3speak than it is to build one from YouTube. 3speak shares your video on both the 3speak platform and the steemit platform aswell.
Creating quality content will definitely be rewarding for yourself. Perhaps not on the very first video. But you are sure to make your money back and so so so much more on the 3speak platform, providing you host meaningful content.

Ok yeah some would say but curation rewards aren't deducted yet.. But it's simple even after that it's still worth it to have a 3speak account.
It will also push you to start creating video content. And that in itself might give you the confidence boost you need.
