King John

Way back in days of old, there is a legend told about a bad king named Richard. He taxed people with cruelty!

"We've seen the last of old king Richard. Raise up a glass to good king John!" This comes from a song, but I can't remember which.

Regardless, it provoked thought: what is the difference between king Richard and the governments of the world? Violence, terror and corruption abound. I watched a video today suggesting the world is nearing a global economic collapse. This would be a terrible time for everyone!

WAIT!

You all (meaning the global population) could unite and make me king of the world! Good King John.

And then I woke up. But it's not a bad idea...
