Lighting up the city!
We did this cake last week. It was for a customer who loves Batman. Adding the lights on this cake was very time consuming but so worth it. This particular customer is a police officer. He is also a fireman. Talk about a hero! He has taken in several kids from the community who would have been lost without him. His wife came in and asked for a small cake because they are on a tight budget. We knew as soon as she left what we were going to do for him. He is a hero and we made sure the party was as special as he is.

I was baking full time until last week. We decided to close our storefront bc foot traffic is just so slow. We will still do online orders and custom cakes. I can't begin to tell you how much I'll miss our day to day operation, it was so fulfilling 💕
That sucks to hear you had to close brick and morter shop more and more that crap everyday and it just blows.
Yes! It really does! The day to day costs keeping it going was insane. We have a $2 price point too on case items. Hard to make it with big business right around the corner
Yup big company's are really enjoying taking the little guys out over last 20 years. We can only hope one day soon it will change.
