The kid was sly enough to be slime, had half a brain, no heart
could mortgage his morals,coz a lie sans conscience is also art
He knew then what was destined for him, politics made him tick
his teacher had been wrong,sleeping without a soul is also a trick
Got a trophy wife for his trophy life, but fucked everyone he represented
A wolf wearing a sheep jump suit, a democratic lie, the dictator invented
he learnt early not to look 'em in the eye,fuck the people with the police
remember that anarchy is the key, create war behind the illusion of peace
He was always meant for the government, for he did not know jack-shit
so he took the power but not the responsibility, the ultimate hypocrite
one day he got down from his limo for a smoke, passed a battered mini van
it was that hard working government servant, who'd doubted this great man
He walked over to the teacher who thought he had come to gloat
he looked from the limo to her car and wryly asked her for a vote.

Damn, this was really good. Really cool how you connected it all, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Only thing I'd say is that the bars are a little over stretched. In order for this to be rapped (on a beat, not acapella) you'd have to be going insanely fast to get all those syllables onto an instrumental.
For example:
16 syllables each bar. Starting out with rap, I'd say that sticking around these amount of syllables is good, even slightly less. Also, it's good practice to try to get the syllables for each bar in a couplet to be the same, or if not, very close. It lends itself to a much better structured cadence and flow.
