We were on our first vacation in YEARS, driving across the Nevada desert. We had all our maps and guidebooks along and decided to take a side trip to a hot spring. This long, straight road across the flats does not hint at the spectacular soak we were headed for! The place is called Spencer Hot Springs and if for any reason you find yourself precisely in the middle of NOWHERE, Nevada, be sure to stop and have a soak!

This road looks never ending!
That is about 8 miles of straight and flat!

Thank you! It was an AMAZING night! That road comes off a highway, but we soaked for hours and did not even see anyone drive down the highway. That whole valley, not one house...
