Keysmart Pro review

Now I know not everyone or really most people are looking to upgrade their existing functional keys rings, I get it. It’s not exactly the item at the top of everyone’s to-do list. I will start by saying this product is definately awesome, but a bit pricey and something you can certainly live without unless you are a tech guru or nerd like myself. I just ordered their Keysmart Pro keyring (they have basic models too) from Keysmart pro’s a week or so ago when the company was offering a 15.00 USD discount for Presidents Day. That allowed me to purchase it for 45.00, vs 59.99. That also included free shipping, which currently they still offer. This price point made it much easier to stomach. It has the capacity to hold up to 10 keys, but what makes its really awesome is the use of tile’s location feature. It connects through Bluetooth so I have it connected to my iPhone and iPad through Tile’s app as required.

If you misplaced your keys, as I or most of you probably have, you can pull up the Tile app and either make the Keysmart Pro ring and/or pull up its location on maps. This also works reversely which I didn’t think about. In the app you can click on either of the 3 items I have setup (phone, tablet, Keysmart Pro) which means you can pull up the Keysmart Pro itself. That means you the options to actually use it to ring or map you phone/tablets location as well!

It comes with a bottle operner which has the place that sticks out allowing for additional items as key fobs etc. to be attached. It also has a button, that will pressed, will illuminate a small LED flashlight. I found that when I put 7 keys on it, they fit nice, comfortably into one very neat package.

All and all I am very excited and happy with my purchase, but again, due to the price I cannot sit here and justify that it is a must have item by no means, but, if you enjoy technology and gadgets like myself, this is certainly something to think about.
