Keto Roti Canai Recipe
I have been meaning to write this recipe in my blog but steemit makes it more interesting if I put an entry in.
Recipe for Flatbread
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Phyllium Husk
40g Butter (melted)
1/2 himalayan salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup Boiling Water
Garlic Powder/Herbs (optional)
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients with a hand whisk.
Add melted butter and blend well. It will look like a nut butter.
Add Boiling Water, half at a time and blend until dough like mixture forms.
Divide into 6 balls. Roll the balls between two sheets of baking papet ot parchment paper.
Use bowl to cut shape.
Dry fry on non stick pan until golden.
Recipe makes 4-6.
