Snacks de queijo!
(Só para os verdadeiros amantes de 🧀... 😋)
Ingredientes:
150g queijo ralado flamengo
75g queijo ralado da ilha
(Poderão ser outros tipos de queijo e quantidades)
Preparação:
Num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal misturar e espalhar os queijos uniformemente.
Levar ao forno por 15/20 minutos 150/180 graus.
Deixar arrefecer e se ainda não tiver a crocancia desejada voltar a colocar no forno mais uns minutos no modo grill.
Deixar arrefecer e cortar/partir em pedaços e comer simples ou com o seu patê favorito! 😉

150g Flemish grated cheese
75g Strong taste grated cheese
(Can use others types of cheese and quantities)
Preparation:
In a baking tray lined with parchment paper mix and spread the cheese evenly.
Bake for 15/20 minutes 150/180 degrees.
Allow to cool and if you still do not have the desired crispiness put back in the oven for a few more minutes in grill mode.
Let cool and cut / break into pieces and eat simple or with your favorite pate! 😉
