Fall off the bone Keto Pork Spare Ribs.

Rib Rub
6Tbsp Paprika
3Tbsp Garlic Powder
3Tbsp Sea Salt
6Tbsp Sweetener of your liking (I use Splenda)
1 1/2Tbsp Black Pepper
1 1/2Tbsp Ground Ginger
1 1/2Tbsp Onion Powder
3/4 - 1Tbsp Cayenne Pepper

**NOTE: I use this rub lots so this recipe is not just for a one time use, have an airtight container ready to store the leftover rib rub.

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees
  2. Rub your racks of ribs with mustard of your liking, I use Dijon
  3. Sprinkle the Rib Rub on both sides
  4. Place on foil-lined baking sheet
  5. Baked uncovered for 1hour
  6. Tent the ribs with foil and cook for 3 1/2 more hours, flip ribs over at the 2hour mark.
  7. Remove the foil and broil on high for 5mins.
  8. Cover and let sit for 10mins.
